Terms & Conditions For Bourton Manor
Reservations will be accepted upon receipt of payment of 30% of the total cost of the booking if made more than 8 weeks before the start of the rental period. For short breaks and bookings made within 8 weeks of the start date the full amount is payable on booking.
The properties will be available from 4pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure, with the exception of Weekend Break Sunday departures.
We recommend Holiday Cancellation Insurance as refunds can only be made if we are able to re-let the apartment. Many companies offer policies one being Guest First www.guestfirst.co.uk. An administration charge of £25 may be charged.
If due to any unforseen circumstances we are forced to cancel a booking before the final payment has been taken (8 weeks before stay) a full refund of the deposit will be made.
Cleanliness / Damages
The apartment must be left in a clean and tidy condition. Guests will be responsible for any breakages and damage to the contents or fabric of the apartment. We do not take a surety deposit but trust that our guests will be fair in informing us of any damages/breakages and, where necessary, contribute towards the costs of repair/replacement.
N.B. - The number of guests must not exceed the agreed number. Max. 4 persons in The Old Nursery & 2 in The Gun Room.
No candles or naked flames allowed.
The owners reserve the right to enter the property at all reasonable times for the purposes of inspection or to carry out any necessary or emergency repairs/maintenance. When possible notice will be given as the privacy of our guests is paramount.
